Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second email via UPS (domestic) or USPS (international) when your order is shipped so that you may track your package.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards and eChecks through Paypal. All purchases are securely processed by Paypal and your personal information is only used for your order with Loud Love Jewelry. CA residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax
Shipping: As most of the jewelry is made to order, all orders are subject to availability. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order (not including shipping time). If you need your order in a rush, please contact us.
All US orders are shipped insured via UPS and require signature for delivery. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. International orders are shipped insured via USPS priority international for $30. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
Return Policy: We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we will provide a refund within 5 days of receipt. All orders placed with a coupon code are NON RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE. Please email email@example.com to receive an RA #. Returns shipped without an RA# will not be accepted. Items must be insured and in its original condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All custom order and personalized pieces are final sale. Additionally, if an item is defective within the first 30 days of your purchase, we’ll be happy to repair it at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to normal wear and tear.
