Return Policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we will provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 5 days of receipt. Please email returns@loudlovejewelry.com to receive an RA #. Returns shipped without an RA# will not be accepted. Items must be insured and in its original condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All custom order and personalized pieces are final sale. Additionally, if an item is defective within the first 30 days of your purchase, we’ll be happy to repair it at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to normal wear and tear.
